Dr. Aaron Gilson is a highly skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a strong foundation in aesthetic surgery. He is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. He completed his under graduate degree from Vassar College. Driven by his passion for medicine, he went on to pursue a medical degree at Lincoln Memorial University, where he graduated as a member of the national Sigma Sigma Pi medical honor society.
Dr. Gilson honed his surgical expertise through a general surgery residency at Waterbury Hospital, followed by a rigorous plastics and reconstructive surgical residency at the University of Tennessee. To further refine his skills, Dr. Gilson pursued a prestigious fellowship in aesthetic surgery under the tutelage of Dr. Kiya Movassaghi, the Vice President of The American Society of Aesthetic Surgery.

The in office surgical center, the Aesthetic Breast & Cosmetic Surgery Center, has been in continuous operation providing exceptional outpatient surgery services since 1992.
